The Awesome Tri-set

Many of you will be aware of the importance of keeping your training fresh. Adjusting certain variables in your workouts (rest, tempo, movement, intensity etc) keeps your body guessing, allowing you to break through plateaus and continously achieve the results you desire. Here at Coastal Fitness, we like to keep things simple…not saying that our training is easy, but there are a few training methods that we like to stick to…because they work!
