GET STRONGER AND BUILD LEAN MUSCLE USING RESISTANCE, BODYWEIGHT, AND PARTNER DRILLS. THIS IS A MODERATE TO HIGH-INTENSITY WORKOUT THAT TAKES FOCUSED EFFORT TO LIFT WEIGHTS AND STAY MOVING AT CONTROLLED TEMPOS, USUALLY IN A CIRCUIT-STYLE FORMAT.
