Our personal training program is one of the most thorough training services offered in the region. We are extremely dedicated in our approach to training individual clients and this all starts with a thorough assessment.
The assessment begins with some standard forms and questionnaires that will help our trainer ascertain more about your current physical, social and psychological situation, before you get face to face. Once you then come in for your initial assessment, the trainer can talk to you about your goals and together build a plan for how we are both going to get you there.
Additionally, once the sessions start going, we cover things like nutrition, training psychology, goal setting, testing procedures and of course individualized programming based on your assessment and onward as your goals inevitably evolve. Working hard is just one small aspect of training – the real magic happens when you combine all of these elements together.
