Endurance

OUR ENDURANCE CLASS IS A 60-MINUTE, COACH LED GROUP CLASS, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE OUR AEROBIC CAPACITY.

THESE SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE LIVE.PERFORM.COMPETE PROGRAMME, AND ARE PROGRAMMED IN 6-8 WEEK CYCLES, USING PREDOMINANTLY CYCLICAL MODALITIES (RUNNING, ROWING, BIKE-ERGS, ASSAULT BIKES, SKI-ERGS ETC)
