Ant Haynes

Ant’s sporting background is vast and his fitness experience significant. 15 years of rugby, 14 years of football, and 15 years of sporting competitions. In the past five years, Ant has played international rugby for the Hong Kong rugby 7′s and 15′s teams, in this time he has learnt the importance of strength and conditioning in reaching personal and professional goals. During this time Ant obtained his personal training qualification with NASM, and has gone on to coach youth rugby, one-on-one training and group sessions. Ant also applies functional training to each of his sessions, as he believes that each client is different, with their own needs, wants and goals.
Ant is always looking to expand his knowledge of fitness and coaching by taking part in professional training programs. He believes that with hard work, determination and the right application, any goal can be achieved.

Ant enjoys working with all types of clients, whether they are beginners to fitness, or elite athletes in their respected fields.

Ant believes that first and foremost exercise should be SAFE. A close second, is that exercise should bring RESULTS. And last but certainly not least “exercise should be FUN….well…fun-ish.” Ant attacks every session with these ideals.
