If you prefer training in a small group (between 2-4 people), then this option is ideal for you. This training is by no means confined to a gym, and can include outdoor fitness work, bodyweight training, running etc. All group members will be required to complete a complimentary fitness assessment which will provide the trainer with an indication of ability. This ensures that the session is modified to suit each individual.

As with One-on-One training, training time and place is entirely up to you. Please be open with your suggestions and we will do our best to meet your needs.
