Sick and tired of running on a treadmill? Or you’d rather sit and watch grass grow than lift weights? Here at Coastal Fitness, we offer Hong Kong a variety of training techniques, allowing our clients to achieve their health and fitness goals in a way most suited to them.

Opt for training One-on-One with a Personal Trainer, join a Group Class or train with a group of friends. Whatever your choice, we will strive to make sure your sessions are fun, challenging and most importantly, gets you the results that you want!

Important Information

All sessions are payable in advance. 24 hours cancellation is required for any session or full payment will be charged.

$50.00 Will be added per session to cover travel expenses for the trainer if the session is outside the Tuen Mun to Sham Tseng area.

Fitness Assessment (first session only) – Free

Every prospective client receives a free 45-minute consultation, which consists of Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), Heart rate testing, Weight measurements, Circumference Measurements, Body Fat measurements, Dynamic Postural Assessments and Goal Setting.

Note

If training in one of our hired facilities, the incurred cost will be included in the price. If you arrange the venue you will incur any usage cost.
