SMAC Pack is a bootcamp styled, outdoor group training workout. SMAC pack stands for the 4 core values of the session -- ‘Strength’, ‘Mobility’, ‘Agility’ and ‘Conditioning’, but really, it’s much more…In an invigorating 1 hour, you will blast your entire body through a mixture of strength exercises, core conditioning, cardio, speed, agility and power. Here at Coastal Fitness we like to train smart -- exercises are functional and transferable to both sport and everyday life. The sessions are held outdoors, using nothing but your bodyweight and the environment (plus a few extra toys thrown in to make it a bit more interesting).
Classes promise to be fun, varied and challenging -- and are an excellent way to Lose Weight, Increase Lean Muscle, Boost Metabolism, Increase Cardiovascular Fitness -- Ultimately allowing you to LOOK and FEEL better!

Tuesday (7:45am -- 8:45am) at the Gold Coast Yacht and Country Club Tennis Courts.
Thursday (6:45am -- 7:45am) in the Happy Valley Racecourse.
Thursday (8:00pm -- 9:00pm) in the Happy Valley Racecourse.
Saturday (9:00am -- 10:00am) in the Happy Valley Racecourse.
