I-Train Myself

i-train-myselfThe ‘i-Train Myself’ programme is a specialised training service suited for those looking to add structure, direction and professional guidance to their current exercise regime. If you struggle to find time for one on one or group training, or are simply looking for new and innovative ways to train, then our i-Train Myself service is for you.

For those living in Hong Kong, here’s how the i-Train Myself programme works:

Step 1:

Each client will be matched with one of our Trainers who will take you through a thorough fitness assessment and speak to you regarding your current training, goals and what you would like to achieve from an i-Train Myself programme.

Step 2:

Client’s will meet again with their Trainer and will be provided with a detailed monthly plan of their training programme, which will include your Training Phase’s and objectives. Our Trainer’s will take each client through their programme and will ensure that each client is 100% prepared to take on the training themselves.

Step 3:

Trainer and Client will meet at the end of each training phase (3-5 weeks) for progress checks, performance evaluation and feedback. After doing so, the client will be provided with their next programme.
