Once you have joined our programme you will be required to attend a complimentary 45-minute fitness assessment, where you will be put through a variety of physical tests. This will provide us with valuable information with regards to your ability. This session will also allow the trainer to develop an understanding of your goals, and what you would like to get out of an exercise programme. Our trainer will then design an individualized, systematic, integrated exercise programme, which will include:
- Strength Training and Cardiovascular conditioning
- Nutritional analysis
- Core conditioning
- Balance and Flexibility Training
- Functional Training
- Monitoring and Feedback of Performance and Physical condition.
Your Trainer will arrange training times and locations to suit your schedule. This can include us travelling to see you or vice versa.
