Youth Speed, Strength & Agility Programme


Unlike other youth training schools or programmes, Coastal Fitness offers youngsters the chance to have privately booked sessions to ensure that each child is given the full attention that they need when learning important motor skills that will help them become better athletes for the future.

Between Ed, Ant, Andy and Babs, the Coastal Fitness Team boast some impressive sporting achievements, with each trainer playing at the top of the game in Rugby, Football and Field Hockey. Ed is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Hong Kong U14, U16 and U18 boys Hong Kong National rugby teams, but has also worked with youngsters persuing their dreams in Tennis, Basketball, Netball and Athletics. Andy spent 3 years working with 2-14 year olds, passing on his wisdom as a top class footballer in a fun-filled, game based manner. Ant and Babs, who have both captained Hong Kong in Rugby and Hockey respectively, have spent years teaching todays youth how to be tomorrow’s superstars.

With all of our trainers having grown up in Hong Kong, we know how little ‘professional’ training there is out there for the youngsters, which is why we are offering you the opportunity to grab hold of the reins, and nurture your talent before it’s too late!

Here we focus on developing the secondary fitness characteristics common in all multi-directional sports including, speed, agility, reactivity, balance, rotary power, quickness, and more in children AGED 12 to 17.
