Saed is passionate about working with everyday people who want to improve their lifestyle and well-being through fitness. He strongly believes that durable change happens within a framework of longevity – Becoming healthy, happy, and strong is ultimately defined by what you do on a day to day basis.
Saed not only wants people to use fitness as a way to enhance their day to day experience and to get in the best possible shape but to also improve imbalances, posture and to live a vibrant, pain-free life.
His philosophy is not about beating yourself up at the gym with high-intensity workouts, but through deliberate resistance training, and well-programmed conditioning pieces. He guides clients with stuff they can incorporate outside of training that will help create the lifestyle necessary to maintain, and sustain health and fitness.
He wants to collaborate with his clients towards the best possible life, where fitness can help them get closer to the person they want to become.
