COASTAL will provide returns on all non SALE items, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- the item is new and unused;
- any hygiene seals, tags and original packaging remain intact; and
- you return the item within 7 days of receipt
- Items with excessive staining, animal hair or makeup will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.
We cannot accept returns of any items that have been altered or damaged due to not caring for them as stipulated in these guidelines.
HOW TO RETURN
Please download our Returns Form here and send it back to us at email@example.com Then, await approval from our team before sending your item/s to the following address:

You must post the item to the address provided within 7 days of receipt.
COASTAL is not responsible for, any items lost in transit, and will not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
If an item has been reduced in price since your purchase, please note that the difference will not be refunded.
All of our gear is thoroughly checked for quality. However, in the event that you receive a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with details, including photos, and upon inspection of any fault from our part, we will refund/replace the item as appropriate.
