If you’ve outgrown random or repetitive workouts and want to train with purpose and have a clear path for growth, our LPC group training programme is for you. This is where high-performing individuals train with intention, support, and challenge — in an environment built for long-term progress.

Our programming runs in progressive 6–8 week cycles that evolve over time, helping you consistently build strength, endurance, and skill. Whether you're chasing your first pull-up or refining your Olympic lifts, you’ll follow a path that drives results.

Within a typical week of training, our programme includes:

•⁠  ⁠Resistance Training: Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and compound lifts using barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, and dumbbells
•⁠  ⁠Gymnastics: Bodyweight strength and skill movements like handstands, pull-ups, rope climbs and muscle-ups
•⁠  ⁠Endurance: Running, ergs, and mixed conditioning — combining strength, skill, and engine

With three training levels (LIVE, PERFORM and COMPETE) running side-by-side, every member — from motivated beginners to competitive veterans — can train safely and appropriately for their level.

Our coaches know every member by name — and they’re here to cue, correct, and celebrate every milestone. You won’t just show up and sweat — you’ll move well, be challenged daily, and leave better than you came.
