During the 'off-season,' our programming prioritizes general HYROX fitness. To keep sessions engaging, workouts integrate sport-specific movements in diverse formats and include skill elements to refine your technique.

We're gearing up our athletes for the Taiwan and Hong Kong races. As the season draws near, we shift into a 12-week 'peaking phase' dedicated to competition readiness. Throughout this period, we emphasize developing both strength and endurance to maximize your performance in HYROX.

Given that the average completion time of the event is 90 minutes, our weekend sessions are extended to this duration to accommodate the necessary training.
